Returns and Refunds

Due to the small-batch, artisanal nature of our formulations, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges based on general dissatisfaction or if a product doesn’t align with your skin.

Damaged or Broken Items
If your package arrives damaged or broken, we are happy to replace the item for you.

 Please:
    1.    Retain all original packaging.
    2.    Email us at info@ofrain.co with photos of the damaged product and packaging within 24 hours of receiving your order.

In some cases, we may request the damaged item be returned to us, and we will gladly cover the return shipping charges.
